Please note, all sales are final. We do not offer order cancellations. Once an item is delivered, customers have up to 48 hours to return it (unopened & un-tampered with) for a full refund. If a customer has worn the product, that disqualifies the refund process.
General Policies

We currently ONLY ship within the United States.
Orders less than $350 do not require signature upon delivery unless the customer requests this option or it is a Customized Wig. To do so, please check “yes” to the “Signature Upon Delivery?”option at checkout.
Orders above $300 must be signed for upon delivery and can only be processed through Paypal unless it is a Customized Wig, in this case, PayPal is not Required. If your order meets this requirement, please follow the steps above to accept signature upon delivery during the checkout process. If not, your payment will NOT be processed and your order will NOT be fulfilled.
Processing
For Bundles, Closures, & Frontals, we offer same day processing for orders placed before noon (12 pm) and Next Day for orders placed after noon (12 pm).
Shipping
The shipping period starts once the processing period has ended
(United States) 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
Shipping time does not include the processing time and may be extended due to unforeseen events such as pandemics, natural disasters, popular holiday seasons, sale periods, etc.
Shipping fees are applied at the end of the checkout process.
Tracking
Tracking numbers for each order will be sent to the email address customers provided during the checkout process.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please carefully review your order before making a final purchase, as we do not offer order cancellations.
Once an item is delivered, customers have up to 3 days to return it. If you decide to return an item due to a defect, the item can be exchanged only in its original state (bundle seal is not broken, tags have not been removed, the hair and/ or lace has not been altered or tampered with in any way). If a customer has worn the product, that disqualifies the exchange process.
In the event that you decide to exchange an item within 3 days, please email us at bossbabetresses@gmail.com:
Include your full name, order number, & the reason for the return. After receiving your order return, we will determine if the product is eligible for an exchange and will provide you with the return address to ship it back to us. We will then email you about choosing an equivalent product (same lengths & price or less) you would like for the exchange. Exchanges will be processed between 10-15 business days after we first receive the returned item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase their own return labels for all exchanges.
We are NOT responsible for lost returned packages. For this reason, please make sure to ask for a tracking number for the item(s) being returned.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the type of product we sell, refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstance. Please understand that hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Lost/ Stolen Packages
Boss Babe Tresses is NOT responsible for ANY lost items therefore, a refund will NOT be issued. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, however you did not receive it , you will have to resolve this issue with the United States Postal Service. USPS customer service and the mail carrier service listed in your tracking email we sent you will be able to verify where & when your package was delivered.
Privacy Policy
At Boss Babe Tresses, the information you provide us with (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) is never made available to anyone but shipping service carriers only when needed to ensure successful delivery of our products. We value the privacy of each and every customer. Email addresses will be used when joining our email list to be notified of sales, promotional events, changes to our site, and updates on our products. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time without judgement. If any changes are made within our policies, this will be communicated to you through email, but we recommend checking back frequently.
CUSTOMIZED WIG POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
Processing time for customized wigs is 7-10 days. The processing time does not include the shipping period.
SHIPPING TIME:
Once the processing period is over, customized wigs are shipped through USPS Priority Mailing which takes 2-3 business days for U.S. residents and 6-10 business days for International orders.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are accepted for customized wigs within the first 48 hours of your original purchase. Please be advised that cancellations will result in a $50 restocking fee. Please email us (here) for order cancellations during the 48-hour time frame.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your request but no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not accepted, touched or worn wigs can not be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds will not be given for lost/stolen packages. Orders will not be replaced.

All customized wigs will need signature upon delivery so if you will not be home on the expected date of arrival, please call USPS(link) and request to have your package held at your local post office.
