Shipping Policies
 All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from when your purchase is made Monday - Friday until 5PM. Processing time starts the next business day for orders placed after 5PM. Wigs, both uncustomized and customized have a processing time of 7-14 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You should receive your hair within 1-4 business days after you receive your tracking number. All orders over $250 must be signed for upon delivery. In the event you are not able to sign for your package, it will be returned to USPS and a second attempt will be made by the post office to deliver your package.
If after these attempts, your order is returned to Boss Babe Tresses because you failed to sign for your package, the order will be canceled and no refund will be provided. Please be aware that Shipping Delays may occur during holidays and inclement weather You are responsible for additional shipping costs if you provide the wrong address for your order. This will further delay the delivery of your package.
We will not refund any order that is returned to us for any reason. After an attempt to reship an order that has been returned once already, the order will be canceled and no refund will be provided. Please note, Boss Babe Tresses LLC. is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered by the shipping carrier via the tracking number provided. All missing package claims must be filed via USPS. Fraud We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order indicating fraudulent activity Your SHIPPING & BILLING address MUST match at checkout. Orders not following this criteria will be reviewed and may be canceled and refunded immediately.
Return Policies 
Due to customization and the nature of our products, all sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. Please make sure you select the correct product, size, length, color, etc. before placing your order. When placing a customized order, you agree that each wig is uniquely hand-made, colored, and cut therefore, its final appearance may differ slightly in color pattern, hue, shade, length, texture, etc. from pictures or videos.
